Everyone was excited to go back to school. They did well at getting up and head out the door. Now that it's the second day it's starting to get to them. We are going to have to get use to the schedule for sure. Luckily it's a short week.

I'm not doing a huge amount of writing at the moment. We pretty much wasted the summer doing everything BUT writing, plus I had my house torn apart for three months because of some water damage--YAY for homeowner's insurance!
But I am working as an editor for Flash Fiction Online. That's been a lot of fun, a great learning experience, and very rewarding.
Now fall's here, school's started back up, and since I homeschool I'm sunk on having much time for writing now, let alone the energy!
